The night of the event, we encourage guests to park in the lot to the west of the new Science Center or to the east of Shilser using the main entrance on the north side of Shisler to enter the building.

Please check in at the main table before entering the event space to sign in and get your meal card. Meal selections cannot be changed the night of the event. If you require special dietary accomodations, contact Lacey Widder ASAP at laceyw@bognergroup.com or call/text her at 330-464-2174.

Please note that the University currently requires facial coverings for all students, staff, faculty, and guests while on the property unless they are actively eating or drinking. If you are experiencing COVID symptoms, please refrain from attending the event.
