About the Rascal Unit: The Rascal Unit is a mobile veterinary hospital based in Dublin, Ohio. There are multiple Rascal Units, each one travelling throughout the state, bringing affordable pet spaying and neutering to the public.

How to Register: Call or email for an appointment time to register your dog, cat, or rabbit. Full payment is due when you register. Payment by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard are all accepted. Please note that spots are limited.

What to expect: Upon registration, each pet will be assigned a registration number and a drop-off time. You will receive instructions for surgery day. Read and follow these carefully. Dogs must be brought on a leash on surgery day. We will provide a cage. Each cat you bring must be in its own hard plastic carrier. Each carrier must be labelled per the instructions for surgery day. Drop-off times will be in the morning; pick-up times will be in the afternoon the same day. We cannot give you an exact pick-up time. You will receive a call when your animal is ready for pick-up.
