          Meet Baxter

Baxter is a gentle guy who came to us after having an unfortunate beginning of his life. He has injuries on his neck and it is uncertain how they happened. He has markings on his fur that shows that he may have had a collar at some point, so one of the possibilities is he had a severe allergic reaction to a flea collar. Regardless of how he got his wounds, he is doing much better now and is ready to find a patient and loving forever family. When he first came in he was fairly shy, but now that he has been played with a lot he has really come around. He enjoys getting petted, belly rubs and spending time with people. He does not mind other cats at all and would do well in just about any home. He has been neutered and his wound cleaned, his fur is now growing back nicely and he just needs a home to call his own. Come in and spend time with Baxter. He is an amazing guy who deserves a second chance at happiness. He has a $25.00 sponsorship and would love to go home with you.

                                 Meet Hanz

Hanz is a very special boy just looking for a very special home. Although visually impaired, Hanz doesn't let that slow him down. He still has partial vision and with his condition it is unknown whether it will remain the same or will grow progressively toward total blindness. He is gifted with a very happy, positive, disposition and an extremely loving nature. He is very gentle at his food bowl and will need to learn to take treats gently from your hand. He loves all people, affection and is very, very playful. He showed little interest in cats. We do recommend a slow introduction to other dogs due to his over-enthusiastic greeting because of his inability to clearly see. Come give this unique guy his forever home today.

        Meet Arney

Please don't be put off by poor Arney's appearance. He is the most amazing and affectionate fellow around. He was found roaming around with skin so raw from flea allergies and being exposed to the elements he had to have been in a lot of discomfort. Regardless of his pain, he was such a trooper for treatments and kept spirits high within himself and with the staff members. He has become a favorite here among shelter staff and if you give him an opportunity and look past his disheveled appearance, you will see he is the most perfect companion for your family. He is fun-loving and loves people. Arney does not mind other cats and even gets along with dogs! He is recovering very nicely and should have no permanent damage, except his crooked ear (which adds a little personality and cuteness to him, I think). Please help Arney find a forever family who will love him and treat him the way he deserves.
